Board and Staff

Brittany Erikson, Executive Director

Brittany joined RTNF in 2015. She advises on strategy, operations, and grantmaking, and manages grantee and applicant relationships. Brittany holds a BA in Political Science from Vanderbilt University and an MPA from the Romney Institute of Public Management at Brigham Young University. During her time in graduate school, Brittany was fascinated and invigorated by what she learned of monitoring, evaluation, and learning relative to social impact programs, but realized this was an under-resourced aspect of social impact work. She admires the social sector leaders she is priveleged to know who continue to hold learning, impact, and empathy paramount in their work and strives to do the same. She feels incredibly lucky to be a part of the RTNF Team. Brittany lives in Arizona with her husband and two children.

Erin Blackford, Portfolio Associate

Erin joined the RTNF Team in 2020. She works alongside Brittany to assist with strategy, operations and grantmaking, as well as manage grantee and applicant relationships. Erin graduated with a B.S. in Sociology and a B.A. in Spanish from Brigham Young University. During her undergraduate, she discovered her passion for philanthropic work while performing program evaluations and interning with nonprofit organizations both locally and internationally. While working at the Community Foundation of Utah, Erin developed monitoring and evaluation plans and deepened her connection with community partners in Utah. Erin loves using her passion for doing good in her day-to-day work and looks forward to learning and growing with RTNF. Off the clock, Erin loves to hike, attend plays, and challenge her husband to tennis matches.

Carole Dumas, Office Administrator and Accountant

Having started her office and accounting career in 1971, Carole has forty-four years of office and accounting experience. She worked for 14 years in the home construction field as the office and accounting administrator and then moved on to just accounting until the housing industry crash. Carole has been with RTNF since 2013, and loves being part of an organization that does so much for the community, especially children with special needs. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Stephen Henager College in 2012.

Brent Noorda, Board Member

After studying engineering and physics, and then creating software technology for over 30 years, Brent is now pursuing a career in nursing. “I could not be more proud of my parents,” says Brent, “for their decision to return their hard-earned wealth for a better world. I only hope we are up to finishing that task as well as Mom and Dad began it.”
