Her role involves identifying leaders and organizations driving significant positive impact in the communities they serve and facilitating their growth plans. In addition, Brittany directs RTNF's strategy and operations, and manages partner relationships. Brittany holds a BA in Political Science from Vanderbilt University and an MPA from the Romney Institute of Public Management at Brigham Young University.  She lives in Virginia with her husband, three daughters, two Australian Shepherds, and a dozen chickens. In her free time, she enjoys going on walks, listening to podcasts, studying philosophy and Spanish, and spending time with her family.

Erin Blackford, Portfolio and Operations Manager

Erin joined the RTNF Team in 2020. She works alongside Brittany to assist with strategy, operations, and grantmaking, as well as manage grantee and applicant relationships. Erin graduated with a B.S. in Sociology and a B.A. in Spanish from Brigham Young University. During her undergraduate, she discovered her passion for philanthropic work while performing program evaluations and interning with nonprofit organizations both locally and internationally. While working at the Community Foundation of Utah, Erin developed monitoring and evaluation plans and deepened her connection with community partners in Utah. Erin loves using her passion for doing good in her day-to-day work and looks forward to learning and growing with RTNF. Off the clock, Erin loves to hike, attend plays, and challenge her husband to tennis matches.
